Due to the custom nature of architectural and interior design work, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:

Before Design Commencement: If you cancel your project before design work has begun, you will receive a full refund of any deposits paid within 14 business days.

During Design Phase: If design work has commenced, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed. The initial consultation fee is non-refundable.

After Design Approval: Once designs have been approved and construction documentation has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.

AI Consultation Services

AI-powered consultation sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are eligible for a 50% refund or full credit toward a future session.

3D Visualization

3D rendering projects follow a milestone-based payment structure. Refunds are available for any work not yet completed at the time of cancellation.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take additional processing time depending on your financial institution.
