At Gabochie Design, we strive to provide exceptional service. This Refund Policy outlines our refund terms for our professional design and consultation services.
Free Tools and Calculators
Our calculators and tools are provided free of charge. No refunds are applicable to free services.
Consultation Services
For paid consultation services, refunds may be requested within 48 hours of booking if the consultation has not yet taken place. Once a consultation has been completed, no refunds will be issued.
Design Services
Refund requests for design services will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be considered if:
- The request is made before work has commenced on your project
- There are exceptional circumstances that prevent project completion
Once design work has begun (including concept development, drawings, or renders), partial refunds may be considered based on the percentage of work completed.

To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
Payment Plans
For projects with payment plans tied to milestones, refunds for completed milestones will not be issued. Refunds for future milestones may be considered with appropriate notice.
Diaspora Clients
For diaspora clients, refund processing times may be longer due to international banking procedures. We will communicate expected timelines on a case-by-case basis.
