1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Gabochie Design website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Services
Gabochie Design provides architectural design, interior design, 3D visualization, project management, and AI-powered consultation services for residential construction projects in Ghana.
3. Payment Terms
Payments are structured around project milestones. All fees are quoted in the agreed currency and are due as specified in individual project agreements.
4. Intellectual Property
All designs, plans, and documents created by Gabochie Design remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as specified in the project agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
Gabochie Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
